nicking.ment.com.au Ticket Refund & Returns Policy

Effective date: 4th day of September, 2025

Overview
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing tickets. By completing a ticket purchase on our website, you agree to the terms below.

Tickets purchased through nicking.ment.com.au are for entry to a specific event, on a specific date and time. Unlike physical goods, tickets cannot be “returned” once purchased. However, we recognise that circumstances may arise where a refund or exchange is appropriate.

Refunds
– General policy: All ticket sales are final. We do not provide refunds if you change your mind, can no longer attend the event, or make a purchase in error.
– Event cancellation: If the event is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
– Event rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
– Event changes: Minor changes to the program (e.g., support acts, venue layout, start times) are not grounds for a refund.

Exchanges & Transfers
– We do not offer ticket “exchanges” for different events.
– Name changes and ticket transfers may be permitted (subject to system capability and fraud prevention checks). Please contact us at mail@ment.com.au if you wish to transfer your ticket to another attendee. Administration fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If your ticket confirmation email is misplaced, please contact us for assistance in reissuing it.

Refund Process
Where a refund is approved (e.g., cancellation, eligible reschedule), we will process it back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of approval, please first check with your payment provider, then contact us at mail@ment.com.au.

Consumer Protection Law
Where the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other consumer protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these terms will not limit your rights. If a conflict exists between this policy and applicable legislation, the legislation will apply.
